When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect your full name, company, job title, email address, and any message you choose to provide. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
Your data is stored in our CRM system (Beehiiv) and processed via Resend for email delivery. Both services are bound by data processing agreements in accordance with GDPR.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 701, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. Vercel processes connection data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as a processor under a data processing agreement. For US data transfers, Vercel participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
4. Content management
Blog and editorial content is managed via Sanity (Sanity Inc., 548 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA). Sanity processes only content data entered by our team — no visitor data is transmitted to Sanity.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking tools. Only technically necessary cookies may be set by the hosting infrastructure for operational purposes.
6. Log data
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records connection data including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is retained for a maximum of 7 days for security and operational purposes, then deleted automatically.
7. Retention
Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to process your enquiry, and for up to 3 years thereafter for legitimate business records, unless you request earlier deletion.
